I'm reading a book now about not dieting anymore, but I don't know if I can dot this. I think that if you want to loose weight you have to diet, or am I wrong? They say in the book that you have to change your eating patterns, but that is the same as dieting or am I so wrong in this?
I didn't diet for the last two years, and I didn't pay attention to what I ate, but I didn't loose weight either. So, what am I going to do? I'm still figuring that one out!
